SYSTEC MEDIAFILL DISPENSING AND POURING SYSTEM

The Systec Mediafill is an automated system designed for dispensing and pouring microbiological culture media into Petri dishes and test tubes. It accommodates Petri dishes with diameters of 35, 60, 70, and 90 mm, including bi-plates and tri-plates, and can also meter liquid media into test tubes. The system offers three carousel sizes, holding 220, 440, or 660 Petri dishes, and operates at a rate of up to 900 plates per hour. Operation is facilitated through a 5.7″ touch display with an integrated database for Petri dish dimensions. An integrated peristaltic pump ensures precise, sterile dispensing, and the system includes features like the DropStop™ function to prevent dripping, a shaker function for optimal media distribution, and a UV lamp to reduce contamination risk. Optional features include an inkjet printer for dish labeling, a second pump for additive incorporation, and a tube filler for test tubes of various diameters.
